2009 OPERA FESTIVAL

This will be the 17th annual Opera Festival. Joyce Murtha is the honorary chairperson. This event again features world renowned international opera stars. Following the concert at the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center there is a lavish reception with gourmet buffet, live and silent auctions at the Frank J. Pasquerilla Conference Center, downtown Johnstown. The place to see and be seen, and the Opera Festival has become known as the best gala event in the Johnstown region.

The evening features the artistic talents of the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Istvan Jaray, the JS Chorus, and internationally renowned soloists:
