Dorothy needs auction items for the Opera Festival

 

The Johnstown Symphony Orchestra is proud to present the 17th Annual Opera Festival at the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center on Saturday, September 19, 2009. The theme for the event is “Your Destination for Live Opera”. The Opera Festival, sponsored by Mark Pasquerilla and Leah McCullough, UPMC, UPMC Health Plan and Northrop Grumman, is the JSO’s largest annual fund-raiser. We are pleased to announce Joyce Murtha has agreed to again serve as Honorary Chair.

Following the concert performance, “Silent” and ‘Live Auctions” will highlight a reception at the Frank J. Pasquerilla Conference Center, downtown Johnstown. Nearly 600 patrons annually have enjoyed this event, many attending every year.

We need YOUR help. The Auction Committee is requesting a donation of an item or service to be auctioned that evening. Your name will be acknowledged in the concert program as a supporter of the JSO.

Possible auction items: vacation packages, condos, sports tickets, golf outings, antiques, artwork, services, dinner parties, gift baskets, wine, crystal, furs, jewelry, and the list goes on.
