2. I’VE NEVER USED TICKETMASTER BEFORE -

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

If you purchased your tickets through TICKETMASTER you will need to create an account with Ticketmaster so that you can access your tickets.  The JSO is unable to assist with creating a Ticketmaster account for you.  Once your account is created, you'll be able to access your tickets on the app.  THESE ARE MOBILE TICKETS!  They cannot be printed - they must be presented on your mobile device when you come to the concert on May 18th.

3. But, what if I’d rather have printed tickets?

If you would rather not use Ticketmaster to purchase your tickets, you will need to call or visit the 1st Summit Arena Box Office.  Their ticketing agents will be able to assist with your purchase and they will be able to print your tickets for you and hold them at the Will Call window.  THEY WILL NOT MAIL OUT TICKETS!  You can either pick up your tickets the evening of the show, or you can stop by the 1st Summit Arena Box Office and pick up your tickets during their operating hours.

4. Help!  I purchased tickets -

but I have no idea how to access them!

  1. Check your email - the same email address you used to sign up for Ticketmaster.

  2. Search your email for TICKETMASTER (this is the sender of the email)

  3. The email will include a link for you to visit the Ticketmaster app where you can log in and access your tickets.

If you would like to have your tickets printed for pickup, please contact the 1st Summit Arena Box Office: 814-536-5156

5. Why Ticketmaster?

Is this how we buy tickets for the JSO now?

There is no plan to change the JSO ticketing system to Ticketmaster! Ticketmaster purchases are required by the 1st Summit Arena at Cambria County War Memorial since that is their ticketing system.

The concert on May 18th, 2024 is the only concert you will need to use Ticketmaster for your ticket purchases for the JSO.

6. Will there be food?

Will concession stands be open?

ABSOLUTELY! What’s a good night out without some party food?! The concession stands at 1st Summit Arena will serve hot dogs, burgers, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, etc.  Woodside will also have their stand open, where they will have pizza, wings, sandwiches, etc.   They’ll also have their usual menu of alcohol, soft drinks, water, etc. for beverages as well.
